WOMEN’S VOCAL CIRCLE
singing folk and popular songs from around the world, learnt mostly by ear; developing pitch sensitivity and harmonising skills; improvisation techniques; high on fun factor with attention to the body as sounding instrument.
YOUNG SONGWRITER’S
Hearing and developing melodies; basics of rhythm; chord progressions; developing a theme/story; mood in a mode. Basic music and/or poetry knowledge beneficial but not compulsory.
