Lisa Patterson was an invited speaker at CMW’s Mentor Café during the Toronto March 2O1O conference & festival. A highlight: trading stories of experiences in India with industry icon Seymour Stein [Madonna, Talking Heads, Ramones]. India was CMWÕs international focus country for 2O1O.

While Lisa Patterson recovered from winter arm fracture, limiting Roam’s performance activities past few months, Cellist Alex McMaster gigged up a storm with Saidah Baba including dates in U.S.; Lily Frost showcases in Quebec; Classic Albums Live Beatles Abbey Road and White Album run in Connecticut and California and Toys in the Attic and The Wall in Florida.

* Award-winning theatre Director/Producer Erika Batdorf came in to record Iranian singer Shohreh Haghiri and Aboriginal singer Meegwun Fairbrother for their upcoming multi-disciplinary theatrical performance for Luminato 'One Pure Longing', celebrating the life and work of the revolutionary 19th century Iranian Poetess Tahirih. Luminato Festival of Arts and Creativity. June 11-14 at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre.
